Breanna provides assessment and treatment for a range of psychological conditions.

Breanna can accept referrals for adolescents (12+) and adults who are experiencing a range of challenges including:

  • low mood and depression

  • anxiety, worry and stress

  • obsessive compulsive disorder

  • disordered eating

  • difficulties with emotional regulation

  • adjustment to change

Breanna’s main therapeutic modalities include:

  • Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Clinical and Professional Supervision

Breanna is a Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor.

Her approach to supervision is collaborative and draws on a range of therapeutic modalities
